To communicate this, DynaTech Power has established critical systems, policies and processes to execute and deliver the peace of mind our clients deserve.

The following systems are in place to deliver our commitment to our clients:

1. The 15 Minute Call Back Guarantee
   Your call for service will be returned in 15 minutes... or...
   Your Service Call Charge ($75 to $450) will be at NO CHARGE
   within the 3 hour radius of our service centers Nationwide.
2. Live answering service 24/7/365. Additionally, all Power Technicians are required to carry cell phones at all times.
   
3. Disaster Preparedness Plan. Our Disaster Preparedness Plan is in place and is reviewed and updated annually.
4. EGSA Certified Technicians. The Electrical Generator Systems Association (EGSA) certification is the highest certification recognized by the emergency power industry. This certification is not manufacturer specific.
   
5. Customer Security. All DynaTech Power Technicians have background checks performed by the Pennsylvania State Police. All technicians have received ChildLine clearances and have been cleared to work in public schools by the School Services Unit of the PA Department of Education.
   
6. Remote Monitoring is available to our customers at a very reasonable monthly or annual rate.
7. Rental Units and accessories are ready for immediate dispatch. We strongly recommend a quick connect system be installed which will significantly reduce labor cost and connection time.
8. The DynaTech Power Fleet is well stocked with critical components to repair generators from all manufacturers. The only exception would be major components such as a damaged generator winding or engine.
